Rare Binder ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Rare Binder platform accessible at rare-binder.com (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

• Wallet Addresses. Your Solana wallet public key, used to identify you on-chain and process transactions.
• Usage Data. Log data such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, time and date of visits, and other diagnostic data.
• Transaction Data. Records of pack purchases, card reveals, buyback requests, and marketplace activity.
• Device Information. Information about the device you use to access the Service, including hardware model, operating system, and browser.
• Cookies & Tracking Technologies. We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to maintain session state and remember your language preference.

We do not collect your name, email address, or payment card details. Payments are processed entirely on-chain via Solana smart contracts.

We use the collected information to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
• Process and record on-chain transactions;
• Monitor and analyse usage patterns to improve user experience;
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes;
• Enforce our Terms of Service.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, we process your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Contract performance. Processing necessary to provide the Service you have requested.
• Legitimate interests. To operate and improve the Service, prevent fraud, and maintain security.

• Blockchain Networks. Transaction data is inherently public on the Solana blockchain. Your wallet address and transaction history are visible to anyone.

We retain usage and log data for up to 12 months unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. On-chain transaction data is permanent and cannot be deleted from the blockchain.

Please note that because we primarily identify you by your public wallet address, some requests may be limited in scope. On-chain data cannot be erased.
